Understand the cloud icon
A cloud-only file appears in File Explorer but its contents are not yet on the PC. Any local application may need Windows to download it before reading it.
Keep active projects available
For a folder you use daily, choose OneDrive's option to keep it available on this device. Confirm you have enough disk space before applying this to a large archive.
Authorize only what you need
Add the active OneDrive project folder to Sclerite instead of the entire drive. A smaller, relevant workspace is faster to organize and easier to verify.
