What does the trial include?
The complete Sclerite workspace: authorized folders, Ask with evidence, Today, Watch, Library, and change awareness.
Do I need a payment method?
Yes. Stripe shows the renewal date and price before you confirm. You are not charged until the 14-day trial ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel future renewal anytime through the secure billing portal. Access continues through any already-paid period. Open the billing portal.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Sclerite does not own or delete your source files. They remain where you stored them on your PC.
Does Sclerite change my files?
Sclerite reads authorized files to build your workspace. Normal search, Ask, and monitoring do not rewrite your source documents.
Do I need internet?
The file workspace is designed around your Windows PC, but subscription checks, updates, and some intelligence functions may require internet access.
What computer do I need?
A 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC with enough free disk space for Sclerite and its local search index.
How are updates delivered?
Sclerite checks for trusted updates and tells you when a new signed release is ready.
