Busy owners
Build a useful daily project briefing
Focus on changes, deadlines, and decisions rather than another task list.
Keep it short
A briefing should answer three questions: what changed, what is due soon, and what needs a decision. If an item does not change today's work, it can remain in the project.
Show consequence and source
“Contract revised” is noise. “Payment moved to Net 30; source: signed revision” is useful. Every item needs a reason to care and a way to verify.
Clear the list deliberately
Mark each item reviewed, deferred, or resolved. Sclerite's Today and Watch views surface attention items while staying quiet when there is nothing useful to say.
